Eric James Miller worked as an accountant specializing in rights management in the film &TV distribution business for fifteen years. In this presentation, Miller, now an author (The Metaphysics of Nudity, For Rent: Dangerous Paradise) will present basic contract and accounting terms from an author/artist/distributor’s perspective along with tips about what to look for in representation and publishing contracts.
