We enjoyed a good meeting this Monday at the Lutheran Church on Tropicana. Five readers shared their material, there was a book drawing (as always), and a good handout about suffixes.

There are only TWO WEEKS remaining before the deadline for anthology submissions. Please email Audrey at audrey101 [at] aol [dot] com with your submission. Remember, only ONE submission per member. It should be 4,000 words or less, and it can be any genre (poetry, nonfiction, excerpt from novel, essay). Standard formating please: word document, 12 pt font double spaced, one inch margins…
There is a free MEMOIR WRITING WORKSHOP coming up at the Las Vegas Family Search Library at 509 South and 9th Street. It’s a four week course held from 10:30 to 11:30 on Fridays, starting on the first Friday of each month.
