Pat Brownell
Patricia Brownell, PhD, is Associate Professor Emerita of Social Service at Fordham University in New York City and Emerita Scholar, Ravazzin Center on Aging. Pat is member of the Board of Directors of the International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse (INPEA) and served as consultant to the United Nations (UN) Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) for an Expert Group Meeting on Neglect, Abuse and Violence Against Older Women. She is a National Association of Social Workers’ Pioneer, Past President of the State Society on Aging of New York and currently serves on the Ohio State Attorney General’s Commission on Elder Abuse, Committee on Research.
