Linda Lockett

Linda Lockett is author of Lana’s Day at Church. The story reflects her Southern rural church experience.

Linda is a member of the Henderson Writers Group (HWG) and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). She has worked as a dancer, singer, a theater actor, and has worked with a traveling children’s theater group as a performer and as a camp instructor.

Linda is a higher education professor and a former pre-school teacher. She enjoys writing about happy events of childhood for young readers. She also writes non-fiction, science fiction, lyrics, and poetry. Linda lives in the Las Vegas metropolitan area with her family and two Cocker Spaniels.
